The morning meal at our California bed and breakfast is prepared with just
the right touch of French and Tuscan influence paired with the freshest local
ingredients. In 2005, Debbie traveled to Europe to study cooking in France
and Italy with the vision of bringing elegant new specialties to her guests at
Orchard Hill Farm. Her vision has come true.

You’ll begin a new day at the inn with a delightful gourmet meal surrounded
by the finest things in life…fresh flowers, beautiful linens, sparkling crystal,
porcelain and china…..in the colors and hues of the season. Debbie regularly
strolls the Paso Robles, CA area farmer's markets to bring you the freshest
locally grown fruits & vegetables for your meals.
Debbie will graciously share her recipes with you.

First Course:
~ Poached Pears in cranberry reduction with fresh
raspberries and blackberries
~ Warm, red grapefruit with lavender honey glaze
~ Fresh in-season berries with crème fraiche

Second Course:
~ Savories
~ Artichoke, Leek & Chicken Quiche
~ Sautéed Potato Nests with heirloom tomatoes,
poached egg, asparagus, bacon strips
~ Feathered egg soufflé with tomato and pesto on a bed
of baby lettuce
~ Donnie’s stuffed croissants with spinach and feta or Black Forest
ham and gruyere cheese

Pastries:
~ Brandied Cherry Ravioli
~ Apple Pear Turnovers
~ Pommiers with Orange and Currants
~ Chocolate Croissants
~ Blueberry Pinwheels
